Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed in 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 148 Devon Forest Dr, Mooresville, NC 28115. After placing your order and selecting a local pickup date and time at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up at the designated time.  Your order will be waiting for you in the pickup box at the front door.  If for some reason your order is not there, please ring the doorbell.  

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you believe there is an issue with your order shipment, please contact us at adrienne@gingerlilytallow.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.
