Why did my BioGlow separate?
Natural separation can occasionally occur with temperature changes because BioGlow doesn't contain harsh chemical stabilizers. While the tube is still warm, shake well before using.

Why isn't my pump working?
BioGlow comes in an airless pump to help protect the formula and reduce waste. Before first use, pump firmly several times until the vacuum system is primed and the product begins dispensing. You may have to pump it more times than usual, but the benefit to this design is that there will be zero product left in the tube at the end!

I love it! I’m 47 and have had oily skin and sensitive skin all of my life, so I was nervous about this being too oily, but it’s not. With my skin aging, and winter weather, I felt like my old moisturizers and makeups were not working well enough for me anymore. I use the whipped tallow at night before bed, and the tinted moisturizer for daytime. My skin stays moisturized and glowing all day, but never greasy. I just use one pump of the tinted moisturizer and the bottle was surprisingly big, so it’s going to last a while. I think it’s a good value. 2N was the perfect shade for my fair skin. I’ve been using for over a week and have not had any major breakouts, so I’m recommending this product even for oily skin. Thanks for this great product!

This was another thing that came in my package deal with the whipped tallow and the eye cream, and the lip balm and the lip tint. at first, I was skeptic of putting this on and I got brave and I was wearing it out so I first I put on the whip tallow. Let it dry and wait a few hours before I was getting ready to go out and then I put on the makeup the first one I saw the makeup colors like this is not gonna cover my old Skin lol they cover beautifully it made my skin look healthy and Dewey and look very beautiful skin. I mean, even out my tint to me a bit and took away the redness and that I liked this is another one you want to have in your collection. I would say anybody if you like something that smells wonderful something that glide on your skin and hides and perfection and it feels wonderful on. This is the way to go and it’s all natural. That’s a good thing it’s gonna heal your skin and help improve your skin overtime. It doesn’t take much to go a long way. That’s the good thing about this stuff, you can use the little dab here and there and put it across your whole face. It's a nice, very light and smooth texture and gives an aluminous glow to your face. The coverage is light and doesn't cover all my sun spots and imperfections. Store owner replied: Hey Lianne! The grainy texture you felt was the steric acid, which is a natural part of the raw product. When we melt it down, it breaks the molecule chain and our goal is to keep it separated so you have a smooth texture. But sometimes those bonds are stronger than usual and form back together, it comes from it being an exceptionally nutrient dense cow and temperature changes during the shipping process. The good news is that if you warm the product between your fingers before you put it on, it melts down and will be smooth on your skin. But we understand not everyone wants to deal with that! Our new batch has stayed super smooth so if you would like to try a new bottle just let us know. :)
I am so in love! I had “normal” make up because I do not like the painted look. I have searched forever for something that just helps hide the redness but still natural looking. This checked all my boxes. I am big with non toxic products and love tallow. I wish I had a picture but not a selfie girl…that might change with this product!
