Why did my BioGlow separate?
Natural separation can occasionally occur with temperature changes because BioGlow doesn't contain harsh chemical stabilizers. While the tube is still warm, shake well before using.

Why isn't my pump working?
BioGlow comes in an airless pump to help protect the formula and reduce waste. Before first use, pump firmly several times until the vacuum system is primed and the product begins dispensing. You may have to pump it more times than usual, but the benefit to this design is that there will be zero product left in the tube at the end!

I love it! I’m 47 and have had oily skin and sensitive skin all of my life, so I was nervous about this being too oily, but it’s not. With my skin aging, and winter weather, I felt like my old moisturizers and makeups were not working well enough for me anymore. I use the whipped tallow at night before bed, and the tinted moisturizer for daytime. My skin stays moisturized and glowing all day, but never greasy. I just use one pump of the tinted moisturizer and the bottle was surprisingly big, so it’s going to last a while. I think it’s a good value. 2N was the perfect shade for my fair skin. I’ve been using for over a week and have not had any major breakouts, so I’m recommending this product even for oily skin. Thanks for this great product!

This is just not a good product and it’s. It just this brand. I think trying to use tallow in a foundation just doesn’t work. You can only use the tiniest amount or else your face is like an oil slick but because it’s such a tiny amount you don’t get the benefit of color. I wish i wouldn’t have purchased.

It is so so greasy, and according to the description I thought it would blur and even out the skin tone a little bit. It really does nothing. Maybe I am to old (75) for this stuff. I was hoping to get some coverage so I don’t have to wear any heavy foundation. My skin is neither real dry nor is it oily. In winter I am more on the dry side though. I do like the limited edition coffee eye cream.

I wanted to love it. I love the way it went on. Very smooth and silky. However there is something in it that I reacted to. I tried it on 4 different occasions to make sure it was the moisturizer and happened each time. Eyes got puffy and headache. Although you don't use coconut oil which I am allergic to, that maybe I'm sensitive to one of the other oils you use with the tallow. Tracy Adams

The bottle arrived cracked but the product dispenses fine and there’s no leakage. The foundation is more of a moisturizer. I can barely see coverage of my redness. I am using it before I apply a mineral foundation. It does not irritate my face. I am seeing smoother skin with less wrinkles. I wish it had better coverage.

I really want to love this tinted moisturizer for all the tallow benefits and for a sheer coverage to help even out my skin tone. The color is perfect. I've used it twice since it arrived last week, and while it went on great and was very easy to apply, the oiliness just didn't go away for me, even after all day. The product was really separated when it arrived so I did my best to shake it up and I gave it a shake before using it as well. I'm going to keep trying this because I really do want to love it.

This was another thing that came in my package deal with the whipped tallow and the eye cream, and the lip balm and the lip tint. at first, I was skeptic of putting this on and I got brave and I was wearing it out so I first I put on the whip tallow. Let it dry and wait a few hours before I was getting ready to go out and then I put on the makeup the first one I saw the makeup colors like this is not gonna cover my old Skin lol they cover beautifully it made my skin look healthy and Dewey and look very beautiful skin. I mean, even out my tint to me a bit and took away the redness and that I liked this is another one you want to have in your collection. I would say anybody if you like something that smells wonderful something that glide on your skin and hides and perfection and it feels wonderful on. This is the way to go and it’s all natural. That’s a good thing it’s gonna heal your skin and help improve your skin overtime. It doesn’t take much to go a long way. That’s the good thing about this stuff, you can use the little dab here and there and put it across your whole face. The next thing you know you’re covered and it doesn’t take much product to cover your whole face. This is a win-win too.

I like how it looks. Goes on a bit greasy but soaks in to a fine feeling. It does make my face break out. I usually use F-balm but it doesn’t come in tinted. Will continue to look for a solution. I’m 70 and don’t need acne.
